Not long ago counselling / therapy was associated with people experiencing severe mental health issues but subsequently it has evolved as an efficient method to deal with challenges – be it personal, social, professional, situational or family related.

Who does not have challenges in their lives?

Typically challenges provide an opportunity for growth by forcing us to push ourselves out of our comfort zone. Contrary to this, most people feel stuck when faced with challenges and are not able to realize their full potential? If your feeling / situation resonate with this then it would be worth setting a meeting and exploring options. It is worth investing in yourself. In my 20 years of professional career, I have witnessed hundreds of people find desired solution to their problem and helped them plan necessary steps leading to successful outcomes.

I can help you increase your personal awareness to identify obstacles and discover healthy solutions. I can help you to tap into your inherent powers and help you realize that you are way more capable than you think you are. My aim is to help you open the doors of opportunity and find your path to success by re-examining and re-framing issues impeding your progress.

In the short term my focus is to help you cope with your problems so that you are able to enhance your performance to the next level. I strive to help you improve your quality of life and empower you to regain control over your life. I can help you identify and solve the problems that could be impacting your life. This becomes possible when you are able to develop the insight that “you are not the problem” but you are in a “problematic situation.”

This is where you become the “expert” in defining your solutions and I (therapist) become the “catalyst” for change by providing tools that you might need to solve the problem – ultimately transformation happens. In my experience ‘defining the solution is half the problem solved’

It is universally known that every individual is unique and everyone has an inherent potential for growth and change. Key to transformation is getting the right support. Mutual trust and respect are the building blocks to this healing environment. Confidentiality and high standard of clinical care is assured.

Since you are reading this I presume you are going through a rough time. If you are on the fence about the next step please call or email me to discuss your needs and goals.
